Astarte:

Astarte was also called Astaroth, Ashtoreth, Ishtar, and Venus. She was the chief goddess worshiped by the Phoenicians, Syrians, and Carthaginians. She was the moon goddess of fertility worshiped by the Israelites in times of apostasy (2 Kings 23:13). Jeremiah stated her worshipers referred to her as the "queen of heaven."
